All the staff worked to make sure everyone was given full attention to find the right suit for whatever occasion they were shopping for and even when very busy they made sure to keep the customers aware of the situation. Despite how busy they were the staff kept it fun and completed their service with a smile.
When we did our suit pick up the measurements they took at the fitting were perfect and we didn't have to wait for any further alterations.
We will definitely be back for the next big occasion.

Your employee/associate! I arrived at your store unenthusiastically on the afternoon of May 3rd, needing a tuxedo for a last-minute event on May 7th. Your associate quickly promised that I could get a tuxedo and began to work with me on options within my budget (it was for a work event so I did not want to spend much on the rental). She promptly showed me a style that worked for me, and proceeded to measure me all while enthusiastically reassuring me that my event would be great. She handed me a pair of pants, a shirt and a jacket to try on. Everything fit perfectly! I've never had that happen when getting measured/fitted. She asked what kind of break I wanted on the pants and when I asked, she gave me the pros and cons on both styles I was leaning towards and provided her personal opinion (which was very good!). I promptly paid, and was on my way within half and hour, actually beginning to feel enthusiastic about my event. On Thursday, May 5, she was working when I arrived for the final fitting. She saw me, quickly called me over by name, and had me try on the tuxedo. Everything fit perfectly! I was out in less than 15 minutes! Finally on Sunday when I stopped to return the tuxedo, she was working, saw me, called me over, inquired about the event, and thanked me for the business while verifying that I had returned everything and not left anything in the pockets. I wish I was better with names and recalled her name, because she is a gem to your company and the Glendale location!
