I recently went to the Friar Tux in Northridge and what I loved about my experience was how Valerie, the assistant manager was so helpful. She understood my concerns as a female shopping in a men’s tuxedo place. When I got measured by her she knew exactly what measurements to look for that best fit. When I came and picked up my tux and tried it on, that is exactly what I got. Everything fit so perfect. Despite me getting sick and not being able to attend the wedding, Friar Tux refunded my money instantly. That in particular made me feel at ease. Overall, Friar Tux customer service was something that stood out to me, especially as a female shopping in a men’s store. Valerie in my opinion made my shopping experience at Friar Tux superb! Thank you Valerie :)
