I liked how streamlined the service was. Come in, get measured, pick up, and drop off. the quality seemed good but at times I would have to do some self-management of the stitching made to customize it. This happened once during the pickup and once when getting ready for the wedding. It was no problem at all, just some feedback for the others who are potentially not as savvy with tailoring.
The whole process is easy and quick. The people who work there are friendly and helpful.

It was a great experience going to store and having associate walk me through selections one step at a time. It was also great that the associate made suggestions great ones at that with out pressuring me and helped me choose what looks best. I loved the fact and was comfortable with the choices that were made and felt great and sharp at my wedding. I truly thank you for the experience and will be back again.
PS also the return policy of being able to return at a different location was great and so hassle free in and out in about 2 minutes thumbs up all around. Thank you all once again.
Process was solid and the team was very knowledgeable. Was able to have a fitting, then tried everything just 2 days later for pickup prior to my black tie event. Seamless return as well. Friar’s was exceptional compared to previous experience with Men’s Wearhouse.
