Thank you Friar Tux for all of your help! I came in and Reggie was able to help me get fitted and all set to go quickly! During the fitting, Reggie stepped in to make sure my outfit was what I wanted. I asked to change out a pair of pants to a different style and he accommodated without hesitation. All around great service and I appreciate the effort!
Customer service was excellent and consistent from initial fitting to final fitting. My son’s coat was quickly adjusted during his final fitting for the perfect fit. My only recommendation is to include a pair of dress socks and a pocket square with a child’s tux rental for a more complete package. Thanks again.

Quick to reply and quick to help solve a problem. Had a suit that didn't fit on the day of an event and I called the South Coast Plaza store who referred me to their warehouse in Anaheim. Once we got to the warehouse a new suit was already waiting for us so we were in and out in less than 10 minutes. Made it to the event with 15 minutes to spare!
You all have nice quality and a variety of color suits. My son loves the customer service.
I really like to mention the crew at the Glendale store who all were very helpful and professional and some had a great sense of style on top of that.
As a photographer by trade. I honestly wasn’t impressed by your advertising and general imagery. I feel it could do with a serious make over. Not that it took away anything from the experience once I was in the process of renting my tux. But it could potentially have kept me from entering the store.

The staff was great and patient considering they were so busy with high school graduation season. suit fitted and looked great on my son. will come back again.
I went to friar tux cause I went to a wedding expo and they sold me on the store. I went to get fitted 2 months before I took my groomsmen the next week. But when we went to get our suits most of us got really small suits so we had to go back a second time to get the right sizes. There was 2 of the workers that were outstanding with the customer service they gave I don't remember their names but they were absolutely helpful and made me feel like they cared that they had got our sizes wrong and they made it right. I'll try to get their names cause they deserve to be recognized. Thank you

2 of the guys that worked there are super customer service oriented and help me out a lot when I got the wrong sizes they got me the another size and paid attention to wether it look great and how it made me feel and that's what customer service it all about. I dealt with other workers there but only them two went above and beyond.
