Excellent looking suit selection, friendly staff, and super easy rental, fitting, and return process. FT has it down, and we will definitely return for our future suit/tux needs. They set me up with an a great suit for my wedding, and we had no issues.

I came to the Glendale Friar Tux location after having a horrible experience with the Northridge location. Glendale staff were super helpful throughout the entire process. The Northridge location tried charging my groomsmen a $20 “modification fee” EACH, on our first visit! They also refused to fit individuals from my group (they stated their policy is that they do not fit anyone within 30 minutes to closing but my groomsman was there 40 min before closing and there was only one other customer in the store), and measured multiple of us completely wrong (a few of us got remeasured at Glendale and we were a size off, additionally, one of my groomsmen that stayed with Northridge did not fit in his suit when it arrived the week of my wedding). Lastly, when I first went to Northridge, I requested to return our suits one day later than scheduled. The store associate said he put a note on my account but when I went back the next day to talk to the manager about the “modification fees” (which he ended up waiving after I talked to corporate), the manager stated that he cannot extend the return date and we will be charged a late fee. I called corporate back and they changed the date without an issue. I spoke with the Glendale store, and they also had no problem extending my return date by one day.
Although I will 100% use Friar Tux again in the future (due to their extraordinary corporate staff and Glendale Staff) I will never recommend anyone to use the Northridge location. If the Northridge location was my only experience using Friar Tux, I would not consider going back.
