The store associates were amazing. Both the day we came to be measured and the fit pick up day was great. They were so efficient, friendly and kind to my special needs son and myself . His suit was fit perfectly. He stood beside others in the wedding who had custom suits made and he looked just as sharp - maybe even better ! I am so glad I went with Friar Tux and will highly recommend to everyone.
Service was great & everyone was friendly but I think it is time to revamp your stores to compete with younger, more relevant companies.

The customer service by the Friar tux on Del Amo is 10/10 excellence. The ladies and gentlemen there really care and are professionals and just plan cool. They give great advice too on how things fit and look. 100% will be returning and would recommend this to my family and friends.
Been going to Friar Tux since I was a kid and they’ve always taken care of me. My buddy got hitched and had us all get rentals for the big day. All the suits on every groomsman fit perfect. The Manager Ray was able to help us out with cost knowing that there was a total of 9 groomsman. He even gave us an extra day on the returns because he knew we were coming back the next day from out of town. Super easy rental and return process. Thanks again guys, the best suit shop in town !!

It would be nice to have more designer options for suits like Ted Baker etc. but overall the customer service was exceptional.
