Great service and staff at the Lakewood location. Best place I’ve been to for tux products. Very impressed, I felt well taken care of. My groomsman said the same for their visits to the Lake Forest, Brea, and San Deigo locations! Thank you! Will be back again soon.
It’s been 19 years since we’ve rented tuxedos from this shop and to come back to an updated shop with an array of choices for my son to pick from was so nice. I had a very friendly staff member helping me with my son who is not of average size. She did an amazing job assisting us and guiding us on what style would look good. She was discrete and tasteful in handling my concerns about the size of the suit. I was amazed with the speed we were helped with and how fast we were able to come for the suit. We will definitely be coming back here for years to come.

Your customer service agent was friendly and knowledgeable. Your package is all inclusive compared to other packages since it included all items including vest, shoes, socks, etc. The process to pick up and drop off was very easy!
