I visited the store as a walk-in customer for a fitting. I was greeted by Octavio who had an eye for measurements, provided outstanding service, and got me out of there in a very efficient manner. He called out my measurements without measuring me, but of course, took measurements to verify. He was knowledgeable, respectful and guided me to the best option when selecting a tuxedo. I was very impressed and pleased with his service. Upon returning my tux, Cody assisted me. He called not long after I left the store to let me know that I had left money in one of my pockets. I certainly appreciate the honesty and am absolutely thrilled with my experience.

I had originally placed a Tux Reservation with another store, unfortunately they made a mistake and would not have my Rental ready for the Event I needed it for.
They recommended Friar Tux to me, stating that they could do same day rentals.
The staff at Friar Tux were very helpful, they were able to put together a whole package for me.
Fortunately no alterations were needed and I had the outfit I needed for my company's Black Tie affair.
I would be more than happy to recommend them to my co workers if they are in need of a Tux for important events.

There was a reasonable allotment of suits to choose from. The process of choosing, getting fitted, picking it up and dropping it back off was relatively easy and straightforward.
We had a wonderful, helpful and professional young lady assist my husband, She was aware of his disability and was very thoughtful and kind. The suit fit perfectly and we couldn't be happier with the suit and service.

Dennis was amazing, he talked about the different suits and then helped choose the suits needed for the event, get everyone's measurements, and also took the time to confirm (cause we didn't have it at the time) the discount code and then email the price difference. That's amazing customer service. If there is another event I would definitely go back to Frair Tux Of Lakewood.
