The lady who helped fit the suit was efficient and friendly.
The selection was good. The suit itself was very nicely fitting and reasonably priced. Having it delivered + not having to dry clean it were great convenience.
Areas for improvement: cufflinks did not work with the shirt, being able to return via mail
I would rave about both the service and the products. First, the service. The two guys who helped my son choose a tux could not have been more patient or helpful. They stayed late to make sure he got everything exactly as he wanted it. They were super friendly and a pleasure to work with. I wish I got their names. They get as many stars as I could possibly give -- true standouts. Also, the tux and everything were perfect -- my son needed the pants lengthened when he went to try everything on, and it was handled immediately. The tux was gorgeous.

Marcus did a great job helping us. He was friendly, helpful and informative. I will say that it would be great if Friar Tux was able to hire additional staff during prom season to decrease the wait times. However the available staff did a great job under the circumstances.
I got everything I needed quickly and when I was getting fitted they constantly asked if I was comfortable and could move around. Overall good experience

Hire more staff! Two staff members with 30 people in the waiting room is NOT a pleasant experience for the waiting customers!

The service in store was great and incredible. The was some misinterpreted information regarding my out of town guests who rent from Friar tux as well.
We had wonderful customer service for my son's fitting. When the suit arrived, it fit perfectly. No alterations needed. We would definitely go back if the need arises.
They were so helpful and kind during a very difficult time. We had a sudden death in the family and I needed to rent a suit for my son to be a pallbearer. All the employees at the Lakewood Friar Tux were so kind to me. I will never forget their kind words. Thank you so much.

Suit looked good and had great quality
I love the service. Friar Tux is so organized and efficient. Prom is a very busy time and they have it down. The ordering process, the pickup and return is done with ease. And the product is always impeccable.
My son looked sharp for his Prom in the Michael Kors tux. Reggie went above and beyond customer service and satisfaction guarrented, my son is autistic and Reggie not only dressed him but gave him choices and taught him how to wear the tux, bow tie and vest and cufflings, he was so patient with us and was genuinely honest took the time for us. Love Reggie
