After a bump on the road, the store manager made sure I was compensated with the purchase suit I originally had picked out. In life there will be mistakes but it’s the customer service that goes long ways for me. I can say that I will go back or recommend Friars Downey to people I know or who ask.

I came in on a day that they were super busy and even so they weee able to keep it quick and professional. They didn’t hurry you up in your choices and made suggestions. The return was also super easy.

Both gentlemen that took care of us… the fitting and the pick up, were outstanding! I also received a call back from a lady that had switched out a bow tie at the last minute for me. We ended up purchasing a bow tie instead and my son was given an excellent lesson on tying. I’ve been a flight attendant for 31 years and my airline is always know for good service, so I really appreciate your staff knowing what good service is. Thank you for hiring these amazing people!
Very timely
Received the product in time and every thing fit perfectly. Time was short for return with short hours on Sunday since we were out of town. But staff assured us when we called in and return the next day that we would be taken care of. Thank you,

I love the product but you need more help there we went to pick up the tux and everybody had this same time 4 to 8 a 3 hour wait!!! That is not okay it gets very crowded in there very unorganized it was not what we expected. I really hope you guys get help get more organized because you really really were not organized at all. You should have times for people to come in not everybody at the same time
