Great friendly inspector!
Setting up the appointment was very easy with a call from Amerispec and they where able to come in a week. Jesse was ahead of schedule and went right to work. He was very informative and walked me through the paper work and process. He then did his inspection and tests explaining things as he went. I am very pleased with the thoroughness of the job and the report. I received the written report within 2 days. Overall a very good experience.

His findings were well documented in the written inspection report and we appreciated how we summarized them for us over the phone.
