Thorough, approachable, and friendly. Jeff spent about 3 hours on our inspection and gave us a very detailed report. We were a little disappointed to learn that AmeriSpect seemed to have given our info to ADT without permission.
I had a home inspection done on March 202 and as I'm in the process of remodeling since last year , I've discovered several issues that weren't mentioned by the inspector. I'm quite unsatisfied with the oversight
