Prompt arrival, smooth delivery of services and above all very communicative. There was never a moment when I did not know what was taking place and they did a great job educating me to the do’s and don’ts based on the findings during the home and septic inspection.
Very thorough. The inspector was very knowledgeable and allowed me to follow him through out the house and ask questions as he did his job.
I received a rapid response to my request for an energy audit. The auditor, Chris Germann, attended within a few days of my call and when he arrived he explained the home energy rebate and loans processes thoroughly and took his time to complete the audit. The report I received provided me with a detailed breakdown of the various elements within my house that were leading to energy use and waste and it provided a ranking with respect to which upgrades would be most financially beneficial. The cost was reasonable, particularly as I can claim a $600 rebate for the pre and post audits.

He was incredibly thorough in the inspection, was very clear about problem areas and dug deep to point out issues. I am so glad we hired him to inspect the property we were planning on purchasing and ended up backing out of. We could have easily ended up with $30-40k worth of repairs if we hadn’t hired him. For that, my little family and I are very grateful and we will be using him again!
