He went above and beyond my expectations with respect to our conversation about the electrical panel and the amperage to the house. He gave me great advice and sources of information so I can investigate the ability to increase power to my future new house from 100amp service to 200.

I felt that Robert was very rushed. A small piece of my new screen door was dislodged when he was doing the door test.

The inspector was very thorough and explained each step of what he was doing so that I understood what I needed to make an informed decision in purchasing the house.
Steve was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the home, building process, materials used, including how to operate all the mechanicals and how to maintain all the systems. He shared his knowledge and answered all our questions.

Write ups had a picture and a note of what they were, None of the recommendations were for my house, it was a copy paste paragraph of information that had nothing to due with the specific write-ups. Or so it seemed. For example, a hole in the siding: the response would be something like… hey, stucco siding could have wear and tear or if you have cement board siding or if you have, etc.
Second: roofing, there would be a picture of the roof and they would say, we aren’t liable because we aren’t roofers. Then, a picture of ac unit, again-not a professional, call someone else. I understand that, however: tell me what condition it is in, and if you find something…. Refer it to a professional. Not a — “hey here’s the Ac unit, we aren’t professionals so we can’t cover anything, but it looks good.” — paraphrasing here.
TLDR. I felt like the recommendations were not individualized for the specific house.
I’m not asking for anything from y'all, I’m just letting you know what it looked like to me. Hopefully the next person has a better experience.
