The lady who help me pick out my suit and the manager of the store were extremely helpful although my suit button came off when I first tried it on for my sister‘s wedding, which was a bummer. They did offer me a discount for the inconvenience and were extremely friendly about it. I would return 10/10

the sizing and measurements actually fit perfectly. you need to give people a little more time than like 2 days after the ceremony to return the items though - a lot of people travel for weddings and can't prioritize the return of items until a few days after they get back. many weddings occur on Saturday. I suggest 5 days from the ceremony as a more flexible / user-friendly time range. other than that, great service
