The suit fit perfectly. The online shopping was easy and the ability to size the suit virtually made the experience simple. The suit arrived quickly after my order. The material and design was fashionable and we all enjoyed the suits.
I was sent one incorrect piece by mistake, and the customer service representative was quick to respond and reimburse for that product. Additionally, my bag did not make it on my flight, and I was concerned about getting the items shipped back in time. A customer service representative on the phone and via email were very helpful and assured me I would not be charged due to this not being a fault of my own.

Renting is easy. I like that you get plenty of time with the rental as we had a. Destination wedding. Also the wrong color tie came with the tux by mistake but they weee quick to order the correct one in plenty of time for the wedding.

They shipped the items early enough before the wedding to allow time for exchanges. My son did need a different pair of pants for our daughter’s wedding. I called Stitch and Tie and got a hold of someone right away. They sent a new pair out the same day and got it enough time for my daughter’s wedding. They also made it easy to send the items back.
