I had a fantastic experience renting a tuxedo from Friar Tux! From start to finish, the process was smooth and stress-free. The staff was incredibly helpful and made sure I found the perfect fit for my event. The tuxedo itself was of excellent quality, comfortable, and looked sharp throughout the evening. Their attention to detail and professionalism made the entire rental experience easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend Friar Tux to anyone in need of a stylish and well-fitted tux for any occasion. Stitch and Tie was very accommodating throughout the whole process. We needed to make a change a week before the wedding and they made it easy for us. One of the groomsmen forgot their rental items at the Airbnb and stitch and tie were very understanding and let me send his items with mine and they even sent me a new shipping tag because we accidentally threw it out with the box the suit came in. Super thankful for their flexibility and customer service. Oh and the items were good quality too. Big thank you to stitch and tie for helping us!

I assume the guy who is the manager. I feel bad that I forgot his name, but I wanted to say he was great. He was there helping my friends, my son and myself on basically every visit we entered. He wasn't there on the final drop off. Him and his staff provided excellent service throughout the experience, something I really wasn't expecting to be honest. They were friendly and helpful making sure things fit and we were happy prior to the event.
I used to work in restaurant management. I even talked to the manager (again, perceived manager. Make him the manager if not, missed opportunity if you don't). Hospitality is something that always interested me. Its really hard to get right and creating an environment that makes people feel welcome and eager to return should be valued to a business like yours. That is exactly the experience I had and I would quickly recommend this location to anyone in need of these services.
If you can't figure out who this guy is, feel free to text me. My best memory of his description. Probably about 6 feet. Caucasian looking with some facial hair (fuzzy about this part). Weird detail but we talked about how my son and my shoe size are the same and his lady and daughters shoe size are the same. Odd coincidence, but helpful in figuring out who it is? If it's not obvious, I think he deserves recognition.

Great help over the phone when my payment wouldn’t work, great quality product, the first time as a smaller guy I submitted my measurements and actually got an accurate fitting suit. Jacket was maybe an inch long but that’s the best I’ve ever had.
I have been to Friar's many times over the years. This was the best my clothes have ever fit. Not necessarily that the other times were bad. This was just the best.
Recommendation: Push guys to wear suspenders under their clothes. Every wedding I go to nowadays, guys are complaining about their pants falling off. The elastic in the modern tuxedo rental pants isn't sufficient. Plus is loses elasticity with each successive use.
Everyone there is very nice and helpful. I appreciate that I have the option to pick up the tux a few days early. I send everyone in my office there when we have an event.

It was a simple and seamless process!
The suit fit was excellent and the return process is very easy. Everything is great except for the turnaround time to return the suit. 48 hours is a bit too quick, especially if you're traveling for the event.
