Haven’t had the install yet but read many 5-star reviews. Met with estimator Marcia who was very knowledgeable and personable.
I am sick and tired of dealing with a company that feels as though giving ridicule so expensive
estimates for minimal projects. Such your estimate to install my safely pool cover. this is a project that should take a 1/2 day, you give it as a two day time frame. I would purchase the solid safety cover, which would need between 15 to 20 holes drilled for which anchor would be placed then the cover would be attached.You gave me an insane estimate of $2800. I have gotten estimates from pool companies with estimates for doing the hole job of between $2600 to$3000 that's with them providing the cover.Their installation cost was $800 to do exactly what I am requesting from you.Don't know how you come to your estimate figures but you have lost me as a customer now and for ever.You have such disrespect for your customer. I know what will say about this response, if you don't like it go somewhere else, will I quess I will. I also feel other should know of my experience,will be posted on social media.

If the quality of the repairs is as good as the time it took to get the repairs scheduled, I will be 110% satisfied with both your service and and your work. Texas Greg is the best.

Receipt of the promised emailed estimate, as well as cost of a storm door which I was told I will lose with new exit door and answer on what is needed to key the door the same as my other locks. I was very tempted to go with another company out of Lancaster because I felt the representative was more knowledgeable about their products, but your BBB record is better than theirs.
Based on other estimates my project is less than a four hour job max. Your rep immediately looked to expand the scope to encompass work to justify paying a full days wage. When I indicated I wasn’t interested he insisted I’d be getting the best quality and was not willing to negotiate further.

Tony was great at listening to see what I needed and work with me on this Initial proposal. Great project manager to act as a face of the company and this is one phone call.

I liked Tony and we did not talk for very long; Tony understood my needs and the 2 jobs at hand and he got started doing his estimate; I got out of his way. Tony also sent the estimate within a few hours which is what I needed and I am getting another estimated tomorrow and then we will put them together early next week and you will be hearing from me or my team.. The estimate that Tony put together included pictures, cost for materials and labor and so far Tony is in the lead with his work.
The quoted estimate was too high for my budget. I'm sure they do good work, though.
