Time arriving great!,..understanding what I ask for and quote send,.. other wuestions from me , he was more out reach to look and send quote as I still need time for deciding ($$ way!)
The initial meeting. Too pushy, mad when I didn’t give him $1000 deposit.
My main deterant is the lead time. You are also higher in price ( not by a lot) and higher in financing cost. Our salesman was wonderful and the product is terrific.
Don't have the paper estimate of things yet which will make it very hard to proceed.

Was prompt with coming to do estimate, received information timely. Explained what would be require to complete my project. Billy was very professional and friendly.
I would have liked a separate estimate for installation only and I can provide the door. The estimate provided was well over my budget.

I like and trust Jeff the sales rep. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly.
However, I do have an issue with the fact that the 10% discount offer does not apply to the cash/check payment amount of the proposal. Does not sit well with me since you won’t be paying interest, but you’re still charging me the interest anyway.

Salesman was nice enough, but seemed uninterested in discussing different options or differences between product lines. Quote received was vague regarding window product to be installed. Fairly detailed regarding installation work to be performed and methods to be used.

I made my appointment for 530 because I had surgery that morning. The rep came before 5 when I was taking a nap so I didn’t talk to him he spoke to my kids.
