Never got estimate.
The timeline and price was high. Great customer service and wonderful sales support!
So far our experience with Woodland Windows and Doors has been excellent. Ryan has been very responsive and has answered a lot of questions as we continue to finalize the purchase of a new exterior door.

They called to confirm called again and said they would be at house at 11:35 and NEver showed up or called I call several time later to find out what happen and they did not call back

The product, because it says the screen will not get moss or clog with oils. I'm still skeptical about the oils bit because I can find no studies that prove it. The warranty is similar to others, but I found another product that includes labor if the system fails but it doesn't claim to avoid the oils build up. I will contact you about my decision soon.

I really liked being able to receive the free quotes for each service that I need done in my house. I like that the representative explored different options to help me be able to complete work within my budget.

The entire staff is fantastic. We especially like the personal attention we get from the staff. If we need to talk to someone we always get a person and not a voicemail.
I will not be able to accept this price, as I have received 3 estimates for this job, all of which were HALF your price. Thank you for your time but your estimate is outrageous - perhaps I would be better off replacing the porch instead of repairing it??? Thanks for your time.

The only thing that was proposed in writing in detail was a digital test to determine where water was coming from. Since I knew it was coming from under the concrete floor of the garage, I considered this test ridiculous to perform. Although a price was given for removal of concrete, nothing was written describing what would be done--how much concrete (floor dimensions), insertion of a drain, removal of concrete, etc.)
Just wasn't exactly what I was looking for.
The quote didn’t spell out what they were going to do. The contract was generic and not tailored to specific requests.
