The person was professional and nice. Your services are too expensive for my budget.

Quote was double that of other contractors with no breakdown (Parts/Labor). The associate wasn't even willing to have a conversation about how he arrived at his price or the type/quality of door you would install. The professionals (Pella) were $1000 under your quote for a better door.

Estimate was 3x other estimators and they didn't have any knowledge of what needed to be done - not sure how they knew what estimate would be and why.

The representative that came to my home was very knowledgeable and professional
Way, way, way too aggressive. Within 5 minutes of requesting contact for a bid, I received a phone call every 10 minutes for several hours.
After I spoke with someone, I continued to receive multiple phone calls the remainder of the day. You essentially spammed my phone.
One call will suffice. If a person does not answer their phone during the standard work day--it's because they're working.
This level of aggression bordered on harassment and I will NOT recommend this company to anyone or proceed any further with my request for a bid.

In order to get the estimate, I was told someone more familiar with the type of work that was required would need to come out to conduct an investigation for a fee of $550. The fee would be applied to the work (if I chose to proceed).
I don't have an issue paying a fee for the investigation. But considering the fairly limited scope of the work, $550 is unreasonable.
