Staff (admin and sales) follow up, friendly, professional and informative.
Would have been nice to see samples of product for review and explain of what would be done on project.
I had to ask questions and not sure if I asked all that was needed. I have more questions about the project of building my deck.
Still waiting on estimate but unsure if everything will be captured in the estimate.
No one showed up for consultation after reminder text to me the day of. No one contacted me. I had to text and call. They ran 1 1/2 hour with last consult. Right.

All the service and demonstration of product was great, just need a better pricing and will consider purchasing if the price would’ve been 15-20% lower.

Something specific? Never recieved a quote... Kind of a problem.
I had an appointment for an estimate on this past Saturday, March 13th between 10 and 11:30 am. I received a text at approximately 9:50 am to confirm the appointment. I text back yes I will be here at 10:08 am. At 11:50am I called and no one answered. I then called and left a message. This why I could never recommend this company.

on the initial Phone conversation I had told the rep that all I was looking for was for someone to install the title in the shower. All the plumbing had need done already . When the rep arrived at my home It was they would have to take out everything that had been done. Rep did not follow any Covid safety procedures. No Make and did not try to social distance.

The project manager wants to make another visit with someone who knows/understands the problem for the job to be done and then give us the quote.
Showed up when he was suppose to, easy going and seemed honest

I got an initial response. Sent over the requested information. Then sent a follow up email to find out if there was missing information and have heard nothing since. Never got my quote
I was very impressed with the technology. Even though I'd seen videos, seeing it in person really is impressive. Gabriel had lots of information, and seemed very straight forward, and was willing to talk through everything and answer questions. The quote was also less than I expected. All of our questions were answered. I appreciate the approach of Leafless in Seattle.
