Your rep was very informative
I had two estimates scheduled. The first was on Tuesday 7/6 for 6 project around my house.
• Create a flower bed across front of my house
• Create a flower bed on right side of the house
• Remove hedge in back, create flower bed
• Deck
• Concrete platform for hot tub
• Retaining wall
The guy showed up I spent 2 hours explaining what I needed. He promised to email the estimate that evening or the next day. Never heard from him again.
The second schedule was to paint my house. Appointment was today 7/8 2:30 PM. No one showed up or even bother to call.
Seems like a very unprofessional organization. If I'm going to hire someone to do some work I expect them to do what they say they are to do, when they say their going to do it.

Prices quoted was to high beyond my budget. I’m not remodeling my kitchen, just wanting to upgrade kitchen cabinets and backsplash.

Matthew the estimator was efficient and professional in every way. But the estimated prices were way, way off my expectations and budget.
Appointment for estimate was made, email and text reminders sent, and an appointment window of 1.5 hours was reserved for them, but Beltway Builders was a no show. No notice of cancellation or apology. Thus, this review.
Being quoted 37k for a fence.
I am a widow and making decisions about major projects would be simpler if I had a company sit and explain and show my choices. Your company in my opinion is very high tech. My choices were online in pictures with no one to discuss my project and products.
Some of the comments from previous customers about workmanship and quality of materials concerned me.
They are on time and get the work done on time. i do think that the work that was done could use a second coat of paint. Thank you

The scheduling process was great! It was the rushed, not even looking fully at the project or hearing my ideas in its entirety before quoting me $1400 off top, and coming hours earlier than planned that was a huge turnoff for me. After speaking with my husband, he agreed this may not be the fit for us.
Your representative came out and we talked about my project but I never received an estimate from you. Very disappointed.
The cost was out of my budget
We never received our quote, and this was the second time we had this company out, the first was for a bathroom and when we had questions and a different budget all communication stopped and we never heard another word. This time was for a fence and your company came through home advisor. We had the guy out he did the measurement and then we heard nothing.
These two interactions have shown horrible customer service and being in a business that is constantly being called upon for referrals for remodeling and fencing I was hoping for an experience that would allow me to say hey I have a guy but that does not seem to be the case

I had an apt and you did not show up
Your estimator did not look at the work needed, specifically the back of my house was to be power washed and he didn’t even look he said he’d been here and knew but the quote ended up on the back portion alone was double 3 other bids. Then the quote didn’t show up when he said it would. Granted we had a crazy down pour right as he came here, but he seemed not interested in the job at all. I think it was too small for him. Which I wish he had just said.

When the representative of this company arrived at the residence he was accompanied by a fellow colleague. They both arrived separately in large flashy cars and something about them was off.
It was pretty obvious the guy didn’t want to drive over to my house so just called and spent most of the call trying to tell me how pricy the job would be. cool, thanks bro. it’s just hanging a door it shouldn’t be $1000
