I Took off work for appointment .Their driver had car trouble . They could not make the appointment . Asked me to take pictures to send them . Was not comfortable with that . Not a good first impression. I called another company .

Come down to a reasonable cost per linear/ft ($20-25 USD). While I completely comprehend that it's a premium product, and I expect to pay a premium your 3x more than competing quotes, $35 USD per linear/ft where your competitors bid are $10-15 USD per linear/ft
I was impressed with the punctuality and professionalism of the agent. He did a great job. $7000+ to power wash and stain a deck that cost $25000 to build and install originally is outrageously expensive.
Customer service. Being pleasant would have been nice.

Estimate was higher than I can afford.
They were scheduled to come out and confirm their price they had already given us to cut our grass. They were a no show for our appointment. when I attempted to call them they hung up on me. I was told by the company that they were no longer cutting grass and someone had tried to call me. I told them they should have left a message.
The estimate was outrageous in my opinion

The cost for jobs that are small is wayyyy out of people price range. To level a 16 ft circle and 3 in depth would cost $1200. I will shop elsewhere for any service I need instead of this company.
I wanted deck repair not a tear down and new deck.
the salesman was supposed to meet me on 14 July and he never showed..never called or try to reach out.
Never heard nor received an estimate from the guy who came to see the kitchen project. He disappeared.

over priced need 6 deck boards replaced that cost about $200 for the wood you want 1,650 dollars for the repair you you are CRAZY RIP OFF!
The price that was quoted was three times more that two other company.
The price of the project is too high. The estimate was $5000+ to power wash and stain a deck that cost $25k to install. I’m sure you’d do a great job but the price is exceptional.

Initially no one showed up for the site visit. After calling, someone came two days later. More than a week has gone by and I haven’t been provided with and estimate for the work to be done.
Your staff is always friendly and helpful! The only thing I don’t like is your prices. You quoted me $3,000 for a door that I can buy at Menards for $500. No way it cost $2,500 to install a single exterior door.
