Quick to come and look at job and estimating
Very professional. Only "complaint" is that the sales guy showed up early to the appointment (haha). Mark was great - spot on all around.
Sales rep was extremely rude. Worst customer service ever. Terrible attitude and extremely confrontational.

The estimate was much higher than we expected to repaint a door!
The overall price is more than we wanted to spend. Financing options are not ideal. 50% down is not in our budget. We are contemplating other avenues before reaching out for other options at a lower cost.

The estimate was higher than any of the 3 estates from other contractors..over a thousand dollars for a room. The gentleman who did the estimate was over an hour late for our appointment
I searched on Angie's list. Got a call which was annoying. There were other people talking on the phone to others and therefore it was very loud I could not hear. The young lady I talked
to was nic but like a robot...no personal touch.I was so annoyed I almost hung up. She talked to herself while entering info. I made an appointment which I canceled an hour later after that experience. Nevertheless, I got a confirmation the day before the cancelled appointment date. I then canceled a second time. p.s. after reading reviews I felt I made the right decision. My first consultation next week was made with the OWNER of a company, not a noisy call center and was personal and professional. I prefer that by a landslide.
