I received a quote to have my deck replaced and Allied was the highest of three bid that I received. Mike was very nice when he came out, but I was rather shocked at the bid. I could have had 3 rooves replaced for the price quoted for my deck.

The garage door repair was way overpriced.
Way more expensive than I expected. I figured 2 hours for 2 men. One hour to take shutters down one hour to put them back up. Your estimate works out to a labor rate of over $200/hour.
The young man that came was a little too cocky . He knew everything about everything. Doing things and asking questions that didn’t pertain to what I wanted.

8/7/21: I want to hear from you first. I received your proposal on 8/5 and have been trying to get in touch with you since then to clarify a couple of questions I have about the proposal before I accept it. I've attempted to contact Matthew many times by phone and have left numerous voicemails on his phone ..... with no response. I've talked to several people in your office several times (Melanie was the latest one) who said they would contact Matt and have him call me ASAP since I have a specific time-limit to meet in reviewing and responding to the proposal in order to take advantage of discounted pricing for quick acceptance. I think the first deadline was 5 days. Still no response.
