Cost too high

First Mike Hendley Was very patient and understanding listening very intently to what looking to do to first complete the project inside the house. Even as I rambled on and on he stayed very professional and helped me keep on track.
Our sales rep, has not responded to questions about pricing. The 7 day price and the 30 day price are a customer turnoff! But, remember, No Pressure. Inflated pricing all around this "estimate".
Why is the price so conflated?

I was extremely happy with my salesman, Aaron Baker. I typically don't like dealing with salesmen, but he was very professional. He got right to the project, measured out everything and gave me the estimate and options with the estimate. I had no intention of making a decision that day, and he did not use any tactics to try to pressure me. I appreciate his approach, and regardless of what happens with this project, i will always consider Beltway Builders with any future projects I have in my house.
I received a quote/Estimate immediately..I'm still waiting on Long fence
I wanted a proposal which stated each individual item i. e. Product cost. Installation, tax. I was never able to receive that. Instead I received documents that were confusing and difficult to understand. This made me hesitant and suspicious. I decided not to do business with your company.
Products and service. Rep was very nice and friendly too. Came out earlier too that was a pleasant surprise.

Although the representative was nice and knowledgeable about your product, I didn't like the pressure to accept the estimate or the statement that he said before leaving my home. It made me feel uneasy about your company

Estimate for repair and painting ceiling of one room was ridiculous (more than 2x another “high” estimate and about 6x what I ended up paying with a different company). In fact it was only slightly less than what a friend of mine paid to have her entire 4000sf house painted. So no thanks. I can only assume you didn’t want this job which is weird because you’re the ones who reached out to me.
I am still in the process of looking at windows and doors

The price quoted exceeded all other quotes. This is a small repair job. Maybe more for an experienced handyman than this company.
