Appreciate that the sales rep listened to our concerns and was knowledgeable enough to make recommendations for our specific situation rather than a one size fits all solution. Similarly, the install team suggested a better setup for the sump pump discharge. I believe we’re in good hands without worries about future flooding. the basement dehumidifier was installed 48 hours ago, and it’s been very quiet and already making a noticeable difference.

Patricia and the team were great working with me to get things scheduled, even when we needed to change things around because of material delays and weather. The estimate process was clear and easy, as was invoice payment. I have recommended them to our HOA president for work that I know our community needs done!
