I'd been having rain water streaming into my basement from a crack in my foundation for several days. Real Seal got great reviews so I decided to give them a try. At first they said they were booked up for a week, so I was looking at having to go into my basement several times a day to clean up the water with a wet vac for even longer. But they contacted me to let me know they had an opening only two days later, which of course I accepted. The tech was running a bit late but kept me updated on his arrival. He did a great job, and I was amazed how quickly he was done. The final cost was quite a bit less than I had feared, too. The tech followed up with me later, as did the guy who came to do the initial estimate.

So now my basement is bone dry and I can enthusiastically recommend The Real Seal to anyone who needs this kind of service.

The process was easy and staff were very helpful. The two men who put the cover on did a good job even cleaned up the area and placed our patio furniture in place. I am very happy with the finished product. Referred your company to my daughter who is now having a cover placed on her side courtyard.

Price was reasonable, staff were friendly and knowledgeable, work was completed as scheduled. I would have given them a 10 but the finished work looks to be a bit unfinished.

Your company did a phenomenal job installing a drain to fix our seepage under the door issues. I want to also express that Carlos and Omar who did the work are awesome, they were so professional and worked so hard and went over and beyond to make sure the job was done right. They took their time, they cleaned up they were awesome. They are great workers and work so well together and I am grateful they did our job. Durability of your product and the service was efficient quality work.

From the beginning to the end excellent! The Estimator was timely, detailed and responsive. Install crew was timely, considerate, respectful, professional, neat, efficient and a very nice team of guys that worked well together. They entertained my questions and concerns with patience and were obviously knowledgeable in their product and their processes. I have already referred them to a family member.

The service is great. Jimmy set up our appointment and the job to be completed. John and the young man E.that works with him are doing a wonderful job. We are very pleased with everything so far.

Quality workmanship. The Crew was pleasant, hard working, and professional. They were clearly very experienced.
They showed up when they said they would and did what they said they’d do. They were honest and transparent and there were no surprises. We appreciated that they kept us apprised of the progress and plan along the way.
Our house is very old…apparently before they had squares and levels, so this was no cookie cutter job. It took skilled craftsmen and that’s what we got from McVay. Thank you!

I had new windows and Hardee board siding installed. The windows and siding are high quality materials but most of all, I really appreciated the professionalism and quality of work of the installers.
Chris and Dave did a wonderful job installing the windows. They showed up on time every day, kept me informed as to what was happening and followed up when they said that they would. They also went above and beyond making sure the windows were placed correctly and even adding inside trim to the sliders so it looked nice.
Damon and his helper (I think his name was Larry) were professional and did a wonderful job with the siding. They always showed up on time and worked late and made sure to inform me of the progress. They too, went above and beyond to ensure that the finished product is of high quality and done well. I really appreciate the extra efforts by all and I highly recommend McVay.

You were very clear about what would be done, how long it would take, and what I needed to do. You didn't try to spring any add-ons or extra charges that weren't in the proposal. The worker showed up when he said and called ahead of time.

I appreciated the way that the specialist, Greg Johnson conveyed what needed to be done for reducing the humidity in our crawl space. Both he as well as the crew answered all of my concerns and did a terrific job.

Quick and concise with their foundation repair. We had a helical pier stabilization performed on our 25 year old home with a cracked foundation and the team from Real Seal were beyond professional with the whole experience from the sales associate, case assistant, repair team, and follow-up. Highly recommend them for your foundational repair needs!

Your service to pressure wash our metal siding was cleaner than I ever expected. The fixing of the stair railing, and fixing of my broiler door were done to our needs.
