I was very happy with the overall service of Real Seal. From start to finish, the company proved itself as being very professional. Real Seal has many videos on YouTube describing their services, and how they go about working to get the customers foundation problems fixed. My experience was that how Real Seal portrays itself in the videos is not an over exaggeration, but was actually how they operated in addressing my foundation issue. Communication with Real Seal was very good. I was told when employees were coming to my house, and they called me when they were on their way. When it came time to start working on my foundation, the workers came ready to work and had all the equipment they needed. The workers were polite, answered my questions, and explained the different aspects of the job to me. When they finished the foundation work, they did a good job of cleaning up the debris, and restored the lawn to an acceptable appearance. When they left my house, it was almost like they were never there.

Stream line and easy to work with. Staff was courteous and helpful.

Showing up on time. Taking time to explain the different phases of the project. Doing there best not to disturb areas around the work zone. Great crew!

From our first visit with Ryan, we were very happy with the process. They were pleasant and informative with their products and helped guide us in the direction that satisfied us completely.

When we were ready to move forward, they quoted us a time frame in getting materials that seemed very reasonable to us. They beat that time frame handily. When it came time to install the rather large pergola that we ordered, the crew were very nice, organized and quick in the installation.

Bob was clear and concise in his handling of the assessment and estimated costs. He was cordial and friendly, professional, and listened to our questions, and gave clear guidance to the Process.
During the installation, Jason and his team worked throughout, covering a computer server to prevent dust and debris from getting on or near where the new sump pump was being installed.
The process, estimation, and installation were exactly as described and no hidden cost added.
