Easy check in and good cut
Kels is just awesome! Before I even arrived at the salon she did me the favor of switching me on the check-in list from "First Available" to her because she knows I can't check in with her until at least five minutes after she's clocked in. This is a classic example of how she epitomizes client service with her care, knowledge, availability, and follow-through. She is "a cut above" and she "makes the cut"!

I have gone to the Sports Clips on the East Beltline for years. Always had an average experience. Nothing special, average haircuts but an ok price so I kept coming back. Then, this week, a woman named Julie cut my hair. Not only was this the best haircut I ever received, but she took what I requested and offered some suggestions of what she thought would look good. I took her advice and she was right. I sincerely appreciate her taking time and effort to care about my haircut, when she could have easily just done what I asked even if it wouldn’t look the best. Not only that, but we had a delightful conversation and she was so kind and caring. Top notch service!!! If you can at all let her know I appreciate her, that would be great!!

Brittany always does an excellent job. Being a First Responder, I always try to keep my appearance up. I also take all my kids to see Britt. I honestly, do not trust anyone else with my haircuts. If she is unavailable, I will wait to have my hair cut.

Bess is great at cutting hair. Loved the scalp massage while the seat massaged me. The warm towel was awesome and so was the shoulder massage.
