Staff is friendly and good at what they do. They don't try to pressure me into getting more than a haircut although they are obliged to ask.

I like everything, the staff is very friendly and actually care about getting to know you and not just talk to you to make the time go by faster.
Can consistently count on a decent haircut. However, it seems like every time, the stylist does not make sure the sideburns are evenly cut. I go home and check and, sure enough, one is cut higher than the other and I have to fix it myself. Seems like a pretty simple "last check" but is never even.
