Alexis did an amazing job. She was kind and we had a great conversation. I was happy with the results of my haircut and impressed by the amount of time it took. The app worked well. Nice to schedule the appointment and see the time counting down. Easy to enter your phone number in so it shows you as "in store". Feedback should be through the app though and not listen360. I know you probably don't want to reinvent the wheel, but a simple review feature on the app would be easy.
