Professional and courteous service. Technician explained every step of the process and worked to get stains out. We had some deep pet stains that were stubborn, tech used products that neutralized the odor and removed those stains. The service comes with a warranty that is unlike any other, including re-treatment of areas if needed at no cost to us.
