There's no chemical or perfumy smells either - all we smell is fresh air which is toxin free! I love that there was no strong shampoo smell afterwards which aggravates my asthma when I’ve had other companies clean my carpets. The tech. was so fast and quiet and did such a great job letting me know exactly what needed to be done and didn’t try to make me feel pressured to buy more than I really wanted.
