It is super easy to make an appt (I was able to get one 2 days after calling), you get a 3 hr window and the cleaner calls you 20 min before arriving at your house. Mine was very courteous and friendly and cleaned 4 rooms for me in about an hour.

I was initially not satisfied with the work done. I did not contact Zerorez but I did fill out the satisfaction survey and said that I was not happy. Zerorez reached back out to me and explained that they would send someone back out to fix what I was unhappy with. The rep that came back was very professional and made everything right. I appreciate Zerorez for the great customer service and making the customer happy.

Our dog was sick last week and make a mess in our bonus room. When Zerorez called to schedule my appointment, I described the situation and they sent Reggie right away! Within the hour, he arrived. Reggie cleaned the carpet and did a bio treatment on the “messy” area. It looks like it never even happened. Thank you for the great, professional service (as usual)!

Very happy with the service and the gentlemen who came out. Only one negative comment: I didn’t like the surprise and pressure of being asked if I want to add a tip when completing the payment process online at the end of service. Never been asked that before for services of this type.

My carpets came out very clean. Some staining reappeared after drying but some is to be expected. Only downfall is I feel the pricing is extremely high. I feel that $500 for carpet cleaning is outrageous, but my carpets look good and it is what it is. The men that came out were very professional and worked hard.

This was the first time we have had our carpets cleaned. We have lived in our house for 19 years. Both kids are now in college, so it seemed like a great time. The entire process from start to finish was super easy. The tech was great and went over and beyond to explain what to expect. We are extremely pleased.
