I would like someone to call me though - the couch and love seat - not sure they should look the way they do. Also, question about 2 line items for tile and grout cleaning.

My heavy traffic areas didn't seem to stay very clean. It doesn't seem as it came as clean as it did with steam. It looked good at first but within a few days it seem shadowy and you can definitely tell. I have pretty expensive coated padding so I know it is not soil coming back up through the pad.
Erik was right on time. Got straight to work and did a thorough job. The carpets never looked better after a very long, dirty winter. Will definitely have Zerorez here again and will highly recommend. Thanks so much. P.S. Erik Last name removed is a great guy.

first of all the two guys who came to do the carpets were very friendly (Eric and Andrew). They answered all my questions and were done very quickly. The best part was the carpets looked awesome!

I was very pleased with the service we received. The technician was on time, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The carpet looks great and the house smelled fresh and clean, there was no chemical smell as we've had with other cleaning companies in the past.

The technician was very thorough,friendly and helpful. The carpets look great!
Carpet was not so wet that we could not walk on it. We were able to put the furniture back that evening. The gentleman who cleaned the carpet was very careful about walls and corners. He was able to get most of the marker stain out that was several weeks old.
no smell, no chemicals used. got spots and high traffic areas looking good.
Patrick worked very hard and did his best. However the stains were still there and there was an odor afterwards. It is the process not the person that I have issue.

I paid for the pet treatment (submersion treatement) for an accident and after it dried I still feel like I can smell it. I know there were no guarantees but wish it would have been better

Very reasonably priced and Eric did a fabulous job. Very polite and arrived exactly when he said he would. Carpets were in pretty bad shape and he worked a miracle. Going to have them back to clean furniture too. Highly recommend Zerorez!

Clean smelling after the carpet was finished, it looked good. You said you would call before you came and you did. You also told me when I called that before doing the cleaning we would go over what you would be cleaning so I could change something if needed be you started the cleaning. I'm am pleased too say my husband & I are both very happy with your service....
