I've used your service twice this year for two different homes. I was very impressed with the individuals that came to my home. They took time to explain all of the services based on the needs of my carpet. I never felt like I was being pushed to buy services.

No chemicals. The man who serviced our home was very pleasant and thoughtful and handled the interruptions my 4 month old puppy very well. He was careful not to let her out of the house when he was working. He also did a very good job explaining the different services provided for pet stains.
The fact that it's non-toxic and dries quickly - with 2 little boys running the house, this is very important to me.
Communicate with the customer prior to starting. My technician didn't move a single piece of furniture in any of the rooms he cleaned. I did make him come back and redo 1 room, but upon inspecting the other bedrooms after he left, I noted that not even the small bedside tables were moved and cleaned under. I get my carpets cleaned a lot and most companies will send 2 technicians for this reason. If your website advertises that your technicians move furniture, then they should be doing it.
Technicians are very knowledgeable and the equipment used does a great job cleaning your carpets.
The carpets were very dirty in places and Zerorez got the carpets much cleaner than I expected. I also like the fact that soaps and detergents were not used.
I thought that the price was a little high considering the "add on" services which were topical treatments. I was quoted $200 and it ended up being $280.

I liked that Justin went through the house with me and looked over the carpet and explained expectations of what may or may not be able to be cleaned. Our carpet is around ten years old and there were spots that I was hoping could be cleaned all the way. I appreciated his honesty. the carpet looks great now that I have everything all back in place. It is definitely cleaner than it was. Justin did a great job and I would recommend your company.

I scheduled the carpet cleaning for my new home and was planning to clean not only the bedroom but also the finished basement and basement stairs. Unfortunately, the day you were scheduled which was also my first day in the home, the basement had a minor flood. Understandably you were unable to clean the basement carpet. However, given that you have a required minimum, I was then faced with the option of canceling or overpaying for a single bedroom cleaning. I opted to overpay and have the one room done because you were unwilling to allow me to pay in advance for the basement and have you return on a different day. I was told that I would have to pay for a second visit (again with a trip minimum) and essentially double the estimated cost of the cleaning the two areas. I would have appreciated your understanding and flexibility given the unique circumstance. Additionally, the bedroom that was cleaned continues to have a pet odor. While I was informed that the carpet cleaning may only be a "bandaid" solution and that the carpet may need future replacement, I was hopeful that the carpet cleaning would have had some improvement and it has not. Overall I feel that I overpaid for a service that did not improve the concerns for which I called.
The cleaning method and the amount of TIME Patrick spent - priceless....
