Patrick did a great job getting the spots out of my carpet. 'He was very professional and explained the zerorez process and how to handle spots in the future. I also liked that the carpet dried faster than other carpet cleaners and there was no residue left behind.

The way the techs ask you about any special trouble areas and they try their best to get the spots out. Also they seem professional, and the carpets aren't soaked with water. Keep up the good work.
It was great experience. This was the first time I have used zerorez. They did a great job cleaning our carpets and my couch. My couch looks brand new.

The carpet cleaning was just ok. Cleaner didn't really slide out tables or anything. He just went around everything. He got finished pretty fast I offered to do whatever he needed. He said he he it. I did move stuff out of rooms but not dressers. It was my first time using zero res do now I know what to expect. I was not told about the water fees in advance, no prob I understand. I was told they would use spot remover if necessary but he did not. I was having a party that evening and didn't want to take the time to clean the carpets myself. Ended up having to get a rug dr to get the spots out before the party. Kind of exoensive carpet cleaning for the service received. I did like the no odor and natural cleaning part tho. Thanks
In many places the carpet had so much water in it squished when I walked. No fans were used to dry it. It took over 12 hours to dry even though the temperature was in the teens or 20's that day with a wind chill. The humidity level in the house prior to arrival was in the single digits. It was in the 30% range for over 10 hours, that is how much water was left in the carpet. The carpets overall were not dirty and there were only a couple of stains. With the amount of water left behind I don't feel that any dirt that was there was suctioned out. A couple of weeks later I got curious and used a home scrubber to go over a couple of areas and was able to pull dirt out! The technician was very polite I am not certain if he was not properly trained or if your system is flawed! I have not yet unrolled the two area rugs that were cleaned at your company's site. Hopefully they did a better job.

The carpets were noticeably cleaner. Particular attention was paid to the areas I pointed out. Staff was neat, clean, polite, and seemed quite capable.

John, the technician, was very nice He had to come on a Sunday am as he had an equipment issue earlier that week, but it worked out fine and he did a good job
The technician was GREAT! He was very informative and pleasant to work with. My appointment was originally scheduled for a Wednesday evening. I was told the technician would arrive anytime between 4:00 and 6:00. No one showed. No one called. Very disappointing that we arranged our hectic schedules to be home at that time and was not given a phone call to inform us that they would not be there. I was able to speak to the owner and he was apologetic and offered a 20% discount and worked out a more convenient time to get a technician out. The next appointment was set for Friday between 10:00 and 12:00. The technician arrived around 11:30, so they earned some points back. Upon informing a number of friends/family about my experience they were surprised that I was not offered a greater discount. I had a sectional sofa and 2 arm chairs cleaned. I was very pleased with the armchairs, but was a little bit disappointed with the outcome of the sectional sofa. It still had a few spots that the technician said he was unable to get out as he didn't want to ruin the microfiber. To his credit, the sofa is over 10 years old. I think that in the future I will give them another shot, but feel they might be best suited for carpet cleaning.
