Your saving grace in our case was the most recent, of many, caregivers you found for us. She was awesome and always went above and beyond for my husband (now deceased). Other than that, previous caregivers were sloppy, inconsistent and your planning people need a geography lesson. Ridiculous waste of gas because they don't know that they have nearby people who could fill in and simply send someone from hundreds of kilometers away.

Although I asked for someone last minute I did not expect a person on her first day who basically stood around and then didn’t even know how to make chicken salad when all ingredients were in the fridge. And then the actual cost for two days of little help overall was quite prohibitive

Nurse next door is a very good service. The nurses are well trained and veery friendly and kind. I am most thankful for their service.

Do not have the proper back up from the office staff Britney told me one time that she would come over to clean up the sugar water off the floor and then called back she couldn't make it and when she came herself she tried to leave the boxes for the other girls .love the nurses Kayla and Kimberly these two woman are a 10 in my mind the office staff not at all

I was of the understanding someone would pick me up at the vancouver general hospital and escort/drive me back to my hotel and was then required to spend a few hours with me to make sure i was ok, not walk 3 blocks to their car, then drive me one block to the hotel, drop me off, and drive away.
I was actually ok with being left as the procedure i had was relatively minor, in my opinion, and I just spent the afternoon in my hotel room, as was requested by the hospital, but it could have been a problem for someone else who may have required monitoring for an extended period of time, such as 3 or 4 hours.

The nurses are so wonderful and caring that they are like family we were very lucky to have them God bless them

My nurse Sharon Hayes is an absolute sweetheart. She goes over and above with her work. She’s a treasure too have.

I look forward to her visits, as always stops to ask how my day has been before she does the cycler machine. Having her come in to do that gives me peace of mind that my husband is not straining to do it.

The nurse sent to pick me up ( Can't remember his name) was on time, personable and made sure I was comfortable in his vehicle for my trip home from the hospital.

Will definitely use your service again.

The home support was amazing and willing to help with my father however needed.

The two ladies who come to my home do an excellent job. Professional, kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Worth their weight in gold.

The online document that I had to complete required me to answer questions that had nothing to do with my transportation request. It covered all aspects of the services you offer and I could not have managed it without help from Brittany who helped with the digital signature and initials. I could not exit the document without completing every section. Surely the document for transportation could be streamlined?

Other than that, everything went well. Top marks to John for his helpfulness.
