Being notified of changes in the care aide and time is absolutely essential in order to accommodate the client with cognitive issues to understand what to expect in his daily routine and also for his care partner to be able to be able to make and keep appointments for herself.

You have listened to what our particular needs are and have placed the appropriate care aides. Also you have kept us informed of any changes and consult with us when making any that affect us.

Very communicative with client and generally happy with care given. Will be happier when it is with a consistent care giver when my dad has a regular shift and not 24/7 care.

Pucha was just unbelievable she is a great person first and foremost! But she is so professional and was really really nice! It was really nice to have someone like her to help me out during my recovery!
