Friendly and delightful nurses.

The caregiver provided for my Mom while she was in hospital really helped. They provided support and comfort. The schedulers did an amazing job coordinating in spite of my changes. I would definitely use this service again.

Staff are caring, reliable, and have made extra efforts to ensure my loved one 's needs are met. The schedulers have great communication and are always willing to do their best to ensure the shifts are filled to the best of their ability, which I know is challenging with the current staff shortages in healthcare. The "nurse" was caring and very considerate. I felt very safe and she helped me get in and out of the car. I felt very cared for. I would use Nurse Next Door again and I have already recommended NND to friends even to someone in Chilliwack, not sure if you have an office there but I told her to check it out.

From the initial interview with Harry I felt very heard and cared for. He understood what I needed and did not rush through the interview. My first caregiver Puya ( sp?) was a qualified nurse and was extremely knowledgeable, hard working, helpful and personable....My second caregiver ( Stacy) is equally the same.. she knows exactly what is needed , she is hard working and its a pleasure to have her.
In the past WCB has used CBI ? and it wasn't such a good experience..from the scheduling to the workers there was alway's some kind of stress involved.
I am looking forward to complete healing with the help of nurse next door and their great staff.

Because you listen to OUR specific needs and accommodate as much as possible. Communication is utmost between client, staff and administration.

The LP I hired was professional - on time, did her, job, and even more. She helped me when she didn’t need to. And she was kind, approachable, and great to have a conversation with. She made a stressful situation for our family, a much easier one. Plus, booking was easy and efficient. Great experience from beginning to end. Thank you!

For the most part the caregivers that were sent to our home were very responsible and could be relied on to do a good job. They were always punctual and very caring in their service. Some were very experienced and a few were learning and you could sense their inexperience but all were trying to do their best. I very much appreciated their help.

Initially I had trouble understanding the recorded message which I did articulate to the agent when I later spoke with him.

Setting up my contact/info, etc., by computer was somewhat challenging.

Also there was a glitch in appt. confirmation which I followed up on.

Otherwise the people I dealt with were great.

I really like the ladies they have placed to help my Mom. Its just been a few visits, so I am hoping my Mom can get used to them coming and enjoy them being there, she is in a bad way right now, but we are hoping after her doctors appointment next Tuesday, the doctor may be able to give her some meds to help her with her hallucinations and anxiety. Also I was wondering if you could get the phone number for a company that apparently covers glass door and mirrors. Judith memtioned it to me the first day I met her.

Easy to contact and set an appointment and the people involved were very caring about my needs.

The workers supported me by doing tasks o am unable to do for myself at home.

Very Professional, very responsive, very co-operative. Able to find 'perfect matches'. My uncle began to depend on "Veerpal" - unfortunately she had to leave for personal reasons. He often asks me about her - since his LTC residence has a covid outbreak, no one is allowed in. I'm hoping that once restrictions are lifted, NND can send another perfect match.

Customer Service was A+ start to finish and accommodating changing details with ease, from the Customer Care Reps to the Nurse

The individual who is servicing my needs (DJ) is a very kind person who is fully and capable of providing me the services that I require. Despite my lack of balance I feel very secure when DJ is assisting me to get in and out of the bathtub. I periodically get painful spasm in my shoulder muscles and he is able to readily identify the areas and massage the muscle(s) to relax.

I would not hesitate to recommend him for any in home health care.
