Driver was at my home residence before scheduled time. Driving was safe. Car was clean.
Driver was not familiar with Burnaby Hospital and its parking because it was her first time there, however in my plan, I ran reconnaissance two days before and was fortunate to get a great personal tour for my exact needs the by the hospital volunteer.
Driver had good manners and was comfortable to be with.
I was not sure how the billing administration cycle worked, but it was explained after a quick call. Administrator was courteous. I see that charge is correct on my credit card statement today. I had to wait to determine if all is good before I send in these comments.
Sema was very caring. She help me to her car and made sure I safely got home. Sema also made me lunch. She stay until she was sure I was ok to be on my own.
