The 9th Avenue location of precision tune is under New Management. Unlike in the past, the staff was very courteous and was a pleasure to be a patron. They also performed the work I had done at a discounted price.

I like the fact that the Precision Tune on Buford Highway in Chamblee Georgia has been consistent with their great service for over 20 years for me. They are always polite, friendly, and extremely thorough. I especially like the fact that if I don’t understand what’s going on with my car they take the time to explain Verbally. If I don’t understand what they’re saying, they will show me with a brochure, or even draw diagrams. Whatever it takes for me to understand what they do so well. In my particular reason for continually coming back to this location is the fact that they respect women, they have never tried to rip me off because I didn’t understand. I've been pleased with your staff and always made to feel comfortable with the service. I originally started coming to you with my spouses truck and never felt pressured to make extra services. Now I took my new car to you because the dealership wouldn't change my oil until it reached 7500 miles. Sorry but I've never done that in my many years of driving. And I had over 5000 miles on my car. And when I spoke to the service manager she understood my concerns and said she doesn't recommend waiting that long to care for my car. So thanks for helping me.
