The service at the Gastonia location is the best. I go there really for my oil change but the owner is very polite and will recommend whats best for your car. Not recommending to get over but whats best for you and your vehicle.

My tire was low and I had gone to get some precipitations for a cold. I drove up and they filled out my paper work and brought it to my car for my signature. Checked and aired up all 4 tires for me for the winter weather. These guys are like family.@

So far, I have had a very good experience with Precision Tune Auto Care. I have taken three of our vehicles there for big and small services and repairs have been addressed. They also give discounts to the military family which is important to our family. I would recommend them to family, friends, and anyone looking for car service. Loyalty and trust are VERY IMPORTANT TO US!!! I appreciate my Lyle and the rest of the Ocean Springs location staff. :)
I am looking for honest long term mechanic. If my car needs work tell me. If it doesn’t tell me don’t upsell me. So far I have found that here.
Precision Tune Auto Care has been our cars maintenance place for some years due to the amazing service by Bryan. Now under a new administration, we expect them to fill those shoes and earn our trust as Bryan did.
Service is great, but not the sudden prices increase. We will give the new management an opportunity to earn our business as time goes.
(PS. If someone is going to move someone's car, please choose a non-smoker, as it is uncomfortable to sit in your car and having it smell like cigarettes.)

The employees at the business were super nice and very respectful. I feel that they go above and beyond helping customers. This will be the only place I use for my company truck and personal vehicles from now on, truly a 5 star shop.
