The owner or head technician of the 11301 E 23rd St. location (I think his name was Randy) went out of his way to replace the windshield wipers on my truck, even at his own inconvenience. The auto parts store was taking too long to deliver them, so he drove over and picked them up himself. While I was waiting, he was also incredibly kind to an older woman who was clearly stressed out about the cost to fix her car, reassuring her that they would help in any way possible. This level of exceptional service and care really stood out to me. If the location wasn't so far from my house, I would always take my truck here to get services. I definitely will be referring my family and friends to this shop.

I went in for an Auto Inspection. They were very professional and friendly. I brought my computer to do some work while I waited.

Just as I got settled into starting work, they let me know that they had finished and my vehicle was ready. Wow! They did it very fast and it was greatly appreciated!
