The management along with the technicians are friendly, professional, and helpful. I had given them a list of maintenance I wanted done for my vehicle and Jeff was extremely welcoming and honest, we got a price (very reasonable), and they were ready to work on it the following day. A couple hours after dropping the vehicle off, plenty of time before close of the business, I received the call letting me know that all maintenance has been completed, test driven, and it was ready for pick up. Amazing work and many thanks to the team at Precision!

I was reluctant to take my car to Precision, but after looking at the reviews and all the kind things that was posted, I decided to give them a try. I am pleased to say I was not disappointed. The customer service by Shawn was impeccable and the clarity of the work to be done made me feel comfortable enough to allow them to do the needed repairs. I am completely satisfied with the results of the repairs and the time frame in which the repairs were done, because my car is riding so much better. I very pleased with my overall experience.
