I had a wonderful experience at Precision Tire in Wake Forest. I used a great coupon deal on full synthetic oil change and tire rotation. Also my tire wheel was installed previously incorrectly at my dealership in Durham. The manager and mechanic checked and fixed the issue and generously gave me a discount. The staff were very friendly, efficient, and helpful during my visit. I was very satisfied and will continue to come back to this location in the future for car maintenance service. After self diagnosing an issue with my vehicle and obtaining the necessary part I was easily able to request, schedule, and have the part professionally installed. The price for the service was fair and reasonable. The shop, waiting area, and property are clean and well maintained.

The technicians were new since I last visited, but they still offered the same courteous service. I was greeted by the counter tech, he got my information and asked me about my reason for visiting. After establishing my reason for coming in, I told him that I had a 10% off coupon also, he said he had a better offer, half price. Blessing and a good customer service.
