Chad was very quick to respond, answering all our questions (had a lot of them). The report came in a couple hours after the actual inspection, and was very detailed. Definitely recommend!
Chad is very thorough. Highlights any problems or potential issues that could occur with solutions, and time frames. Great knowledge of costs and advice and priority items that take the guess work out of making a big decision in your home buying or investment property. I highly recommend chad. The report I received is clear and easy to understand.
The phone conversations I had with Chad were easy and well explained. He was helpful and had good thoughts and ideas for preventing disasters or for improving the home and value.
The open and honest conversation about the report:
- what items were reaching end of life, (water tank, furnace) but where not yet requiring replacement, but that I should budget to replace them in the future
- what items needed to be fixed immediately (leaks in toilets, shower caulking, re-painting outdoor trim wood before winter, grading slope around buildings drain water away, fixing a poor repair on roof shingles, trees that a touching roof and might clog up drains, etc.)
- what items needed to be fixed soon (cut back bushes, etc.)
- candidate conversations about things I might want to change (swap out some fixtures before they become obsolete, and replacement parts might not be available in the future)
- what items were in great shape
