Immediate response to my phone call requesting an inspection. The results of the inspection were complete pointing out the things that I saw as well as items I did not see. The drone inspection over the house and property was intriguing. The kindness and understanding of Chad during a phone call whether to purchase or walk, his honesty was instrumental with making my decisions to make the purchase or not.

The report I received was about 100 pages long with photos of the property, diagrams of what correct construction would look like, and summaries of work which would be required. We did not buy this property - thank goodness.
