The inspection was thorough and Chad had no issues explaining why something was a problem and how to correct it. He was able to give us information on what projects were a priority to work on and which could wait a little bit which gave us the information we needed to plan the tasks we knew needed to be done based on urgency and priority. Chad got the report to us very quickly, within hours of completing the inspection itself.

We have had Chad inspect 2 houses in the past year. He is very friendly and good to work with. He explains all his finding in easy to understand terms and points out what he seen and why it is an issue. On both inspections he came in within a couple days and we had the report to us the same day so that the inspection requirement of a sale could be removed.
