I thought Chad was very thorough in his inspection, he was checking things that I would have just overlooked or just shrugged off as normal and I think that is very important. When I met with Chad after the inspection he explained his findings to me very thoroughly and recommended different ways to repair things to save money. All in all, I was very impressed with his inspection and I would definitely recommend Chad to anyone who needs an inspection done.
